Our Cleaning Policy

• If paying by check or cash, please leave it on the kitchen counter. Payment is due at the time of service.
• Move out cleaning services requires payment by cash only.
• If for any reason you wish to cancel a scheduled cleaning, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
• The maid spend time and gasoline to arrive your house, if they cannot get access to your house, a fee of $45.00 will be charged to you. (We appreciate your understanding of this section)
• We do not throw away anything that if not in the trash can.
• While we are cleaning your house, we are not supposed to open the door, or sign for any package, unless asked by the home owner.
• The maids are instructed not to clean LCD or Plasma screen TVs, but yes everything around them.
• We do not drink, eat o take any food from our clients house.
• We do not adjust any thermostats.
• The maids may accept gifts, any items to be discarded from the owners house, but they can never remove anything without authorization.
• We provide our vacuums and supplies. We are flexible to use your equipment at your request but we do not guarantee any damage that occurs during the use of such equipment.
• The maids are instructed not to lift heavy furniture. (Couches, dressers, desks, beds, etc.)
